No! My approach is all about tuning into what you need and what feels right for you. If you don't want to, you don't have to! This is an expectation-free zone. It is a lovely community though so I'm hoping you'll quickly feel at home.
-
Absolutely! There will always be some useful tips around one area each time but you can do whatever feels most urgent - decluttering, tidying, cleaning, organising, digital clutter, paperwork, it's up to you.
-
Yes, it's all connected. If you're struggling in a seemingly unrelated area, it's still welcome. How we feel about ourselves often shows up in our surroundings, ask away!
-
You are not alone! Shame is common among ADHDers, especially when it comes to things we think other people might judge us for. Rest assured, there's no judgement here. Everything and everyone is welcome.
-
Yes. We all have different experiences, lives and circumstances. Kindness, acceptance and inclusivity are what this community is about. All activities , suggestions and advice are optional. This space is LGBTQIA+ friendly. If you have additional needs, please message me.

Absolutely! Even if you have no idea and it all feels overwhelming, you’ll get the support you need to make progress you can see and feel the positive shift that goes with that.

There are numerous reasons why cleaning, tidying and clutter are more challenging for people with ADHD including knowing when, where and how to start, prioritising and planning, perception of time, issues with task switching, struggling to engage with boring or repetitive tasks, impulse buying. The list goes on but that doesn’t mean we can’t hack the system.
And this is where this session comes in. You’ll be surprised how much progress you can make in a relatively short time, and to find it can be enjoyable too.
And it doesn’t end with the session. As you start to see results, and build strategies, it becomes a whole lot easier to continue in everyday life.
