Decluttering & Home Organising in South East London

Feeling overwhelmed by clutter or simply want your home to work better for you?

Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Things accumulate, rooms stop working as they should, and sorting it all out can feel like a much bigger job than you have the time or energy for.

I offer practical, hands-on decluttering and organising support in your own home across South East London.

We work together, at your pace, to clear what you no longer want or need, organise what stays and create a space that feels calmer and easier to live in.

If your home is a source of stress, know that clutter isn’t something to feel bad about, and it’s absolutely possible to reset your home, however it is now. This is all about you feeling comfortable, relaxed and at home in your home.

How I can help

You might want help with:

  • A room or area that has become overwhelming

  • Wardrobes, cupboards and storage

  • A spare room that has gradually become a dumping ground

  • Paperwork and accumulated belongings

  • Preparing for or unpacking after a house move

  • Downsizing or making space after a change in circumstances

  • Working through belongings you find difficult to make decisions about

  • Creating practical organising systems that are realistic to maintain

  • Tackling a whole home gradually, one area at a time

You don’t need to tidy before I arrive. We start with things exactly as they are.

What happens during a decluttering session?

We work together.

I'll help you work out where to start, break the task into manageable steps and keep things moving when decisions become difficult.

We'll sort through what you have, decide what you want to keep and what you're ready to let go of, and organise what remains in a way that makes sense for your life and your home.

The aim isn't perfection.

It's to leave you with less clutter, more usable space and a home that's easier to manage.

A supportive, non-judgemental approach

Inviting someone into your home when you're struggling with clutter can feel vulnerable.

You won't be judged for how much you own, how your home looks or how long things have been this way.

My background is in coaching as well as professional decluttering, so I'm particularly interested in the human side of clutter.

Sometimes the difficult part isn't physically moving things. It's deciding what to do with them, getting started, staying focused or letting go.

I'll work alongside you rather than taking over.

Have ADHD?

You don't need to have ADHD to work with me.

However, I also specialise in ADHD coaching and decluttering.

If ADHD makes it particularly difficult to get started, make decisions, stay focused, let go of belongings or create organising systems that actually stick, you may prefer my specialist ADHD decluttering support.

About

I’m Caroline, a coach and certified declutter coach.

I don't believe that successful decluttering is about having a picture-perfect home or becoming an exceptionally organised person.

It's about creating enough space to make everyday life easier.

I'll bring structure, encouragement and practical help. You bring the knowledge of what matters to you and how you want your home to feel.

We'll take it from there.

“Caroline supported me through a life declutter project. I found decluttering on my own to be quite a lonely and boring experience. Being coached by Caroline meant we set weekly goals which helped me focus on specific areas and I looked forward to weekly check ins, making it a much more enjoyable and shared experience. Caroline also provided some tips to do so. Highly recommend Caroline as a coach.”
