ADHD Decluttering & Home Organising

Discover a calmer, more manageable home - without the overwhelm.

A bed and side table, with coloured and patterned scatter cushions.

I combine ADHD coaching with practical decluttering and organising to help you make decisions, get things done and create a home that works for your brain - plus, tools and strategies to help you keep it that way.

If clutter has become a constant source of stress, you may feel like you’re ‘failing’. But that really isn’t the case. ADHD can make starting, deciding what to keep, organising and maintaining a home extremely difficult.

Whether you want someone to swoop in and support rapid change, or prefer to gently work through the clutter in an online setting, there are options to suit you.

£350 for a full in-person day. Online and hybrid options available.

Does this sound familiar?
  • You know what needs doing, but you can't seem to start.

  • You tidy one area and another gets worse.

  • You have piles of things you don't know what to do with.

  • You spend too much time looking for things.

  • You're embarrassed by your home and avoid having people over.

  • You've tried decluttering before, but somehow the clutter comes back.

  • You want things to be simpler, but the thought of tackling everything feels overwhelming.

Don’t give yourself a hard time!

You don't need more willpower. That’s where the right kind of support comes in.

ADHD-informed decluttering that goes beyond tidying

Decluttering can be particularly difficult with ADHD. There may be emotional attachments, decision fatigue, executive-function challenges, difficulty getting started and creating systems that actually stick.

As a certified and experienced ADHD coach and trained declutterer, I bring both sides together.

I'll help you make decisions, keep moving when you get stuck and create practical systems that fit the way you actually live.

No judgement. No pressure to create a perfect minimalist home. I offer kind, practical support to make your space easier and more relaxing to live in.

“Caroline supported me through a life declutter project. I found decluttering on my own to be quite a lonely and boring experience. Being coached by Caroline meant we set weekly goals which helped me focus on specific areas and I looked forward to weekly check ins, making it a much more enjoyable and shared experience. Caroline also provided some tips to do so. Highly recommend Caroline as a coach.”

About me

I'm an experienced ADHD coach and trained declutterer, and I've seen how closely our physical environment can be connected to how we're feeling and functioning.

…and I’ve been there myself!

My approach combines practical action with ADHD-informed coaching. I won't come into your home and tell you how you should live. I'll work with you to create a space that makes your particular life easier.

You don't need to tidy before I arrive. We start where you are.
